Pickup & Logistics
What is the pickup procedure?
We provide a secure, designated drop-off and pickup area at the school. Parents are welcome to pick up their child at the end of the session. Please ensure your child is ready to leave by the scheduled dismissal time.
Can I drop off my child early?
Early drop-offs are not permitted. We recommend arriving at the school at the scheduled start time to ensure your child is ready for the session. Please check the school's specific after-school schedule for exact times.
Safety & Materials
Are the materials provided?
Yes, all materials are provided by us. We use high-quality, safe, and non-toxic supplies specifically chosen for children's hands-on learning and creative exploration.
What allergies should I report?
We require all parents to report any allergies or medical conditions during registration. Our team will work with you to ensure a safe and inclusive environment for your child.

Registration & Tuition
Eligibility & Ages
Registration is completed online through our secure portal. Tuition covers all materials, instructor fees, and program management. Payment is due at the time of registration for the full session.
Our programs are designed for children ages 7 to 12. Students must be in grades 2 through 6 to participate. We maintain a maximum student-to-instructor ratio of 1:12 to ensure personalized attention.
Materials & Safety
Attendance & Absences
All art and STEM materials are provided by A Heart For Art. We maintain a strict safety protocol, including mandatory allergy disclosure and a comprehensive liability waiver for all participants.
Attendance is required for all weekly sessions. Please notify us at least 24 hours in advance if your child will be absent. Unexcused absences may result in a tuition adjustment for the session.
